  <p>Shipping costs may vary depending on the product, size, weight, and destination. Because many of our products are handcrafted or made-to-order straight from Santa’s workshop, final shipping rates are calculated at checkout.</p>

  <h3>🎅 PROCESSING TIME</h3>

  <p>As soon as we receive your order, our elves get to work! Each product is carefully made and prepared for shipping within <strong>2–3 business days</strong>, which includes processing and production time since most of our products are printed or crafted on demand.</p>

  <p>During peak holiday seasons, processing may take a bit longer due to increased volume — but rest assured, we’re doing our best to keep your order on the Nice List!</p>


  <h3>🎄 ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES</h3>

  <p>Once your order is processed, we’ll send a <strong>tracking number</strong> to the email address provided at checkout so you can follow your parcel’s journey straight from Santa’s sleigh.</p>

  <p>Estimated delivery typically takes <strong>5–7 business days</strong> after processing.</p>


  <p><strong>Please note:</strong></p>

  <ul>

    <li>Weather delays, postal slowdowns, and other unforeseen events may affect delivery timelines.</li>

    <li>We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control (storms, customs, global shipping issues, or reindeer fatigue).</li>

  <p>If your order has not arrived within <strong>60 days</strong> of your original purchase date, we will issue a <strong>full refund</strong> — as long as your shipping address was correct at the time of purchase.</p>

  <p><em>(This policy excludes cases of incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer or missed parcel deliveries due to recipient unavailability.)</em></p>

  <h3>🎁 RETURNS &amp; REFUND GUARANTEE</h3>

  <p>We stand by the quality of every item we make!</p>

  <p>If you receive a product that is <strong>defective or damaged</strong>, Santa’s Year Round Delivery will happily replace it <strong>at no cost to you</strong>. We’ll cover the return shipping and get your replacement on its way faster than a flying sleigh.</p>


  <p>To qualify for a replacement or refund:</p>

  <ul>

    <li>The item must be returned in its <strong>original packaging and condition</strong>.</li>

    <li>The return must be initiated within <strong>15 days of delivery</strong>.</li>

    <li>You must include your <strong>order number</strong> and a <strong>clear photo</strong> of the issue when contacting us.</li>

  <h3>🎀 RETURNS &amp; EXCHANGE POLICY (Non-Defective Items)</h3>

  <p>If you simply change your mind or wish to return a non-defective item, that’s okay — we understand sometimes even Santa’s elves need a redo!</p>

  <p>However, for non-defective returns:</p>

  <ul>

    <li>A refund will be issued minus original shipping costs and a <strong>30% restocking fee</strong>.</li>

    <li>The item must be <strong>unused, in original condition, and packaging</strong>, and returned within <strong>15 days</strong> of delivery.</li>

    <li>We’ll email you a <strong>prepaid return label</strong> once your request is approved.</li>

    <li>Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund (minus a 30% restocking fee).</li>

  <p><strong>Important:</strong> Santa’s Year Round Delivery reserves the right to refuse returns received after the 15-day window or if the item is not returned in its original condition.</p>

    <li>We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed deliveries.</li>

    <li>All refunds will be processed to the <strong>original payment method</strong> within <strong>3–5 business days</strong> after the return is received and inspected.</li>

    <li>Shipping fees, priority processing, or insurance add-ons are <strong>non-refundable</strong>.</li>
